For Aquarius Ascendant people, Sun rules the 7th house of chart with its sign Leo. So, let’s look at 9th house and Leo too.
7th house - It is house of market place, other people (masses), business partnerships, agreements, marriage, spouse, marital happiness etc.

What will Sun do in Aspect? – Now, Sun can be sitting in any house of chart for a Aquarius Ascendant person. 1st of all, Sun will take the energy of house of chart, it rules with Leo sign, and take it to the house where it sits. Then from the house it sits, it will throw its aspect on the 7th house from its place. As Sun represents Ego and Authority, Sun’s aspect on a particular house will show where person will show Ego and Authority of things related to the house which is ruled by Sun through Leo Sign. Things which I still can’t cover – Although, I am trying to make it a detailed analysis of planetary aspects but I still can’t cover few things like dignity of planet involved, like exalted Sun aspecting 7th house from itself is different from debilitated Sun aspecting 7th house from itself, Sun conjunct with other planets, if there are planets in 7th house from Sun where it aspects, in which case those planets will aspect back at Sun and impact it, and planets aspecting Sun from other houses. That’s why, no matter how detailed analysis you do in Astrology, there are still few things uncovered and that just shows the limits of Human Efforts.
Now, let’s see the meaning and impact of Sun’s aspect through different houses for Aquarius Ascendant people.
Sun in 1st house – Here, Sun is in enemy sign Aquarius ruled by Saturn & Rahu. It shows that relationships/masses are coming to person but later on turning into stress as Sun is in enemy sign. Here Ego certainly depends on the recognition by other people/spouse and in early life person doesn't get it. With age, he gets the recognition of masses and that builds his confidence. This is when he displays the same ego to 7th house and as Sun is aspecting its own sign, it shows that in later part of life, he will be high on confidence through recognition by 7th house related things/people.
Sun in 2nd house – Here, Sun is in Pisces. This shows that other people/spouse are bringing wealth in family. Person gets confidence and recognition in family due to success in Business or through Spouse. It also shows a kind of Ego Battle in family due to Spouse. Then person displays the same ego towards in-laws and other people, which may ruin his relations with in-laws in early life. Other People may still recognize or bear his ego.
Sun in 3rd house – Now, Sun is exalted. This shows that person is certainly in Business or Self Effort as 2 houses related with Business are linked. Sun in 5th house – Sun will be in Gemini here. This shows someone in a Career/Business related with Creative Pursuits or Academics, The more he follows Creativity/Education successfully, the better his ego and confidence develops. This person will get good recognition and authority in Foreign Lands. He can be a Govt Servant at Foreign Lands. That's where he gains his confidence.
