So, lets see what Mars can do in 12th house without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent -
Mars represents our will power, courage, ability to take actions, aggressive nature, anger, our fighting ability, brother, male friends, a boy friend for a girl, a soldier, an athlete and real estate etc.
12th house is house of Losses, Expenses, Isolated Places, Foreign Lands, Asylums, Jails, Hospitals, Imagination etc.
One thing to always keep in mind with 12th house is that it basically remains the house of losses. So, whichever planet goes in 12th house, even exalted, is in the bucket of losses. Now, to gain out of any such planet, you need to put double effort in things related with that planet.
Prima facie, it represents that a person's energy and action are going in matters of 12th house. It can represent someone who is working as Jailer in Prison or Doctor at a Hospital or an Asylum. It can also show a sports-person, who goes to other countries to represent his country in sports.
